Discovering this place did not happen by chance, as we were actively looking for space where we and our guests may truly rest allowing oneself to be tranquilly present with others and with oneself. In a remarkable scenery, combining the charms of a well known health resort and the breathtaking beauty of Table Mountains and K\u0142odzka Valley with rich history of this land and serenity of an old, over a hundred year old, house, surrounded by forest. Great effort and commitment was needed to bring about special qualities of \u201cSzwajcarka\u201d, to turn it into an unforgettable place combining tradition with modern standards.<\/p>\n
What is \u201cSzwajcarka\u201d like?<\/p>\n
It is cosy, as we only have 10 fairly different rooms, each accommodating 2 to 4 people.
\nIt is quite extraordinary as although it\u2019s only a 15 minute walk to the the Zdroj Park and only 400 meters to the main street of Kudowa we are surrounded by old trees and bird songs, visited by rabbits, squirrels and hedgehogs.
\nIt is comfortable, convenient and homely as the entire building and all the rooms were refurbished in 2011 and 2012.
\nIt is flavoursome because we like good home-made food and we treat our guests to such.
\nIt is distinctive because the house has character.
\nObservation tower, fireplace lounge, terrace and a large terrain around the house all await our visitor\u2019s curiosity. Above all, it is friendly, warm and joyful, because \u201cSzwajcarka\u201d is the fulfilment of our dreams, demanding but gratifying place on earth, it\u2019s atmosphere is ever present. We do not call \u201cSzwajcarka\u201d an \u201cinn\u201d, neither do we call our visitors \u201ctourists\u201d. It is our house and we are always pleased to welcome guests.
