{"id":1041,"date":"2014-10-21T11:34:13","date_gmt":"2014-10-21T11:34:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/szwajcarkakudowa.pl\/?page_id=1041"},"modified":"2014-10-21T11:34:13","modified_gmt":"2014-10-21T11:34:13","slug":"environment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/szwajcarkakudowa.pl\/en\/environment\/","title":{"rendered":"Environment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kudowa\u2019s charms attract strollers, hikers, skiers and cyclists (see \u201cAttractions\u201d for details) a\u00a0wide range of interesting spots await.<\/p>\n<p>Some, like the famous Bear Cave of Kletno (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.jaskinia.pl\/\">www.jaskinia.pl<\/a>) with its fantastic underground route, are well known all over Poland.\u00a0Kletno is also the site of a\u00a0less known underground education route in the old uranium mine (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kletno.pl\/\">www.kletno.pl<\/a>).\u00a0The old gold mine of Z\u0142oty Stok greets dungeon explorers (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kopalniazlota.pl\/\">www.kopalniazlota.pl<\/a>), the Tower of K\u0142odzko tourist spot gives a\u00a0taste of mysterious history and military constructions (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twierdza.klodzko.pl\/\">www.twierdza.klodzko.pl<\/a>).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The castle of Ksi\u0105\u017c and the Wilczki waterfall in Mi\u0119dzyg\u00f3rze are worth a\u00a0trip, as is the Wampierzyce temple with it\u2019s monumental facade and baroque\u00a0 interior (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wambierzyce.pl\/\">www.wambierzyce.pl<\/a>).\u00a0Duszniki \u2013 a\u00a0health resort near Kudowa \u2013 is a\u00a0home to\u00a0the Museum of 18th\u00a0Century Papermaking with a\u00a0paper mill which is still running today (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.muzpap.pl\/\">www.muzpap.pl<\/a>).\u00a0Duszniki are worth a\u00a0visit during the annual Chopin Festival.<\/p>\n<p>Kudowa attracts music lovers during its Moniuszko Music Festival which has been organized for 50 years every August.<\/p>\n<p>Kudowa is also a\u00a0fabulous place as a\u00a0base for a\u00a0day trip to\u00a0Prague (about 150 km).
